Athalye Sapre Pitre College, Devrukh (Autonomous), established the Students’ Grievance Redressal Cell in the academic year 2020-21 as per the guidelines laid down by the University Grants Commission (UGC).
Objective :

The primary objective of the Students’ Grievance Redressal Committee is to provide a platform for students to express their grievances regarding academic, administrative, or other related matters and to ensure prompt and fair resolution of these issues.

Functions:
- Receive and document grievances submitted by students through Google form.
- Provide opportunities for affected parties to present their perspectives.
- Explore possible solutions and mediate disputes when appropriate.
- Recommend corrective measures or policy changes to prevent similar grievances in the future.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle grievances with sensitivity and discretion.
- Keep records of all grievances and their resolutions for future reference.
- Conduct thorough investigations into each grievance, ensuring all relevant facts are considered.
